Commercial debt assignment & estate asset realisation
We purchase business debts outright · long-term plans with directors
For company directors
If your company's liquidator has transferred a claim to us, you now deal with one organisation: Litigation Resolutions Ltd. We'll agree a monthly direct debit you can sustain — and reward you for settling early.
What to expect
Nothing about the amount owed changes by the transfer. What changes is who you deal with — and the flexibility of the plan.
The claim has been purchased from your company's liquidator, so we are now its owner. You deal with us — one organisation, one reference, one plan.
We set up a direct debit that spreads repayment over a long horizon — typically five to ten years — at a level agreed with you up front.
If your circumstances allow, you can close the matter early by paying a reduced amount. Ask us for an early settlement figure at any time.
We are not a debt collection agency and we don't use collection tactics. If a plan needs to change, we would rather adjust it than watch it fail.
How we work
Our business only works if plans succeed — so our approach is to agree terms that hold, put them in writing, and keep the arrangement predictable for the years ahead.
Common questions
Your company's insolvency practitioner sold the claim owed to the estate so the estate could be completed and closed without waiting for a payment plan that may run for many years. The purchase was a commercial transaction between the practitioner and us — you as director now deal with us instead.
Whether you want an early settlement figure, a change to your plan, or simply a copy of your schedule — get in touch and we'll respond personally.
